All orders are automatically insured. Insurance covers if a package is lost or is damaged in transit. If your item is damaged in transit, please send us an Etsy convo with pictures of the damaged item AND the damaged package. If we do not have pictures, we can not submit the claim to insurance and therefore will not be able to replace your item. Insurance DOES NOT COVER if your package shows as delivered, but you claim you did not received it. It only covers you if your package is lost in transit and never shows a delivery on the tracking.

When orders are shipped out, you will received an automatic email from Etsy with the tracking number included. Please refer to this for the status of your package while it is in transit. PLEASE BE AWARE that if the tracking on your package shows it as "Delivered", but you did not receive your package, there is nothing that we can do and insurance will not cover this. If this happens, please contact your local post office regarding this issue. Most times, they can talk to the mail carrier who was on your route that day and figure out where it went. Please understand that if this happens, we are very sorry, but it is something that is out of our control. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS ON PART OF THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.

We ship to the address provided when the order was place. Please double check your address listed on your Etsy account. This is the address that Etsy will automatically populate and use for your order. We are not responsible for shipping to the wrong address if that was the address that was given to us. If your package was sent to the wrong address, we can hope that it gets returned to us, but please be aware that we have had this take MONTHS to be returned to us and some packages have never made it back to us. So it is very important to double check your address!
