Not only is this print well-designed and great quality, but Tom is beyond amazing! My print was held up in U.S. customs (no explanation and no fault of the seller) and before I could reach out to Tom about the status, he reached out to me letting me know he had been tracking the product the entire time and what the issue was. A few days later when I still hadn't received the print, he reached out with several options for next steps (contact Etsy to file for a reimbursement, him sending me a new print, etc.) Thankfully print arrived next day but Tom's customer service was truly the cherry on top of this already great quality print. Got it for kids' bathroom and they're in love!
