How are your prints packaged?

All prints below A3 size are packaged inside a clear cellophane sleeve in a reinforced card envelope. A3 and above come rolled in a tube, protected in a sleeve or tissue paper.

Can I see what my personalised order will look like?

If you would like to see a preview of your order to ensure all details are correct, you simply need to add the proof option to your order, this service includes a preview of your design and allows for one round of changes and a final preview of your design. If further changes are requested after this point you will be required to purchase an additional proof service. If the proof option is not selected, we will not provide a preview of the design, we will design and print your order based on the design notes you have provided and send your order out to you. Please ensure all spelling and grammar is correct as we copy the details exactly as they are provided.

Will my print come framed?

All our prints are unframed. It is much cheaper for our customers to source their own frames.

My personalised order has arrived but there is a mistake on it

If there is a mistake on the design of your order, please get in touch within 7 working days of receiving the print. If the mistake was provided in your design notes, then there will be a 50% charge for fixing the mistake and reprinting. Please ensure all personalised fields are filled out in full, any missing details will not be included on your design. Please ensure all spelling and grammar is correct as we copy the details exactly as they are provided. If the mistake was made on our behalf, then we will reprint and send you out the corrected version.

Can I include a gift note?

Sorry but at this time we do not offer a gift note/gift wrap service, but we will consider it for the future. We know many orders are gifts so we do not include receipts as standard just in case they are going directly to the gift recipient.

I ordered a proof of my design but have not received it yet?

We have a 3-5 working day processing time on all orders. If you have ordered a proof with your design, your proof will be provided to you as a low resolution image through Etsy messages within 3-5 working days, and will require approving before we send it to print. If we do not hear from you within a few days we will send a chaser message to ask that you approve the print. If we do not hear from you over 2 days past your order becoming overdue, your order will be cancelled and refunded, minus our £4 proof charge.

Due to many factors, but not limited to the following: customer monitor calibration, paper used as well as design & viewing software, Printy can not 100% guarantee colour accuracy of actual printed items. We will do our absolute best to make sure colour on the proof and print colour are as close as possible. Colour represented on your monitor will appear brighter than the actual printed item.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

All UK orders should be delivered within 5-7 working days after dispatch. If you have not received your order after this time-frame please get in touch with a member of our team and we will track the order for you. For all international orders, we have a 30 day return / replacement service. Please inform us within 30 days after the dispatch of your order if your order has not arrived and we will look in to where the order is for you. We have a 60 day claim period - please ensure you reported any order that has not arrived within 60 days of dispatch. Orders reported after this timeframe will not be refunded.

Can I return my order?

We offer a 14 day return policy on all Non personalised orders. If you would like to arrange a return, please contact us. Once we have received your return, the item will be inspected for quality control and your refund will be issued minus the p&p charge. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. We always advise using a tracked return service. All refunds are processed by ETSY and take between 3-5 working days. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact ETSY directly.

My order has arrived damaged

Any issues with orders are required to be reported within 3 days of receiving the delivery. with a photo showing the entire print(s) received. We will assess the issue with the order and issue a replacement if appropriate. We will ask for a photo of the prints you have received torn up before we process a replacement. Any orders reported after the 3 day timeframe are subject to replacement at our own discretion and may occur a replacement charge.
