What is included in my purchase?

Most of our patterns consist of 3 digital files. 1 x colour chart pdf 1 x black and white chart pdf and 1 x Pattern Keeper chart pdf. Please check the listing description for confirmation of what you will receive.

When will i receive my digital pattern?

Once you have purchased one of our patterns, Etsy will make the downloads available to you straight away. You can find your downloads by signing into the Etsy account you used to make the purchase. Go to your orders and scroll down to the pattern. Next to this will be a download button. Click this and save the files to your chosen device. If for any reason you have trouble downloading your patterns, please drop us a message and we can send them to you directly.

Are your patterns beginner friendly?

We have a collection of cross stitch patterns to suit a range of skill levels. If you are a beginner, we would suggest starting with our mini cross stitch patterns or block colour patterns.

How do i know how much aida or thread i need for the pattern?

Each pattern shows how many stitches the piece consists of. Eg. 200 x 250. If you divide these numbers by your preferred aida count then you will have the size in inches. You will find at the end of the pattern is the thread key. In this key is a stitch count for each colour. Input these numbers into a converter to see how many skeins you would need to complete the piece. There are many available for free on the internet but we like to use the one at thread-bare.com/tools/cross-stitch-skein-estimator.

Do you offer custom patterns?

We do not currently offer custom patterns on an individual basis but we are always happy to take suggestions for patterns that our customers would like to see in the shop in the future. Please feel free to message us with any suggestions!
