How can I download purchased digital items?

As all of our products are digital Canva templates, you will not receive any physical items. Once you have completed your purchase, you can access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews (http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases). If you purchased as a 'guest' and were not logged into a specific account at the time of payment, you'll receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links.

Do I receive physical items when I purchase templates?

No, nothing in this shop is a physical product. Nothing physical will be sent to you. If you wish, you can print your template out yourself once you have customised it. We do not offer a printing service.
