Where can I Print my digital artwork?

Suggested online printing services: For the U.S.: finerworks.com, mpix.com, posterjack.com For Canada: posterjack.ca, pictorem.com, henrysphotocentre.com For the U.K.: theprintspace.co.uk For Europe: beyondprint.eu If you have any technical inquiries, please contact their customer support for help. Local copy shops like Staples and Walgreens offer printing, but the quality may differ. Opting for a professional online printing service is strongly advised. The quality and color accuracy of prints from a home printer can vary. Ensure you submit files, not links, to printing services for the best results.

What type of paper should I use?

Heavyweight matte paper or card stock offers an economical option. For the most genuine vintage art reproductions, opt for premium archival fine art paper that has a subtle watercolor or linen texture.

Can I have a custom size?

Custom sizes are available upon request. Please reach out to us with the specific listing and your preferred size. Note: TV Frame art is excluded.

Does my digital artwork come with a frame?

The frames shown in our shop listings are for product photography purposes only and are not for sale. Nonetheless, the following websites provide both printing and bespoke framing services, featuring an array of attractive frames. I can't find my download notification email or Etsy receipt.

Where are my digital purchases?

To retrieve your digital purchases from your account, follow these steps: 1. Log into Etsy.com using a web browser (avoid using the Etsy app) and navigate to "Your account." 2. Click on "Purchases and reviews." 3. Find your order and click "Download Files." - If the download button isn't visible, look for and click on the small grey arrow next to the order. This action will direct you to the Downloads page. Note: If your payment is still being processed, the "Download Files" button will appear greyed out. Ensure you save the files to your device right after purchasing. Designs that are discontinued will be removed from cloud storage after 6 months to make room for new designs.

I purchased a digital item as a guest.

If you bought an instant digital download as a guest, a link to download your files is included in the receipt email sent to you post-purchase. Should you not find the receipt from Etsy in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Gmail users should also inspect their Social and Promotions tabs. If it's still missing, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list may aid in receiving these emails in the future.
