HOW DO DIGITAL FILES WORK?

A Digital File (Printable File) is a PDF or JPEG design that can be print or send as many times as you need. Created for personal use only these files are super easy to use, fun and economical. There are two types of files: the Editable or Ready-to-Print PDFs available for download as soon as you purchase them. And the files I will typeset all the details for you and email a non-editable PDF or/and JPEG. You can check if a product is editable or not on the description.

HOW DO EDITABLE FILES WORK? WHAT CAN I EDIT ON THESE FILES? HOW DO READY-TO-PRINT FILES WORK?

Editable files are PDFs designed to you filled with your information using the Adobe Reader's free version. It's easy to use, and you can start the personalisation as soon as you purchase and download the files. On the product photos you'll find detailed pictures highlighting the editable areas. Note you can't move text boxes and other elements, but you can change font style, size and colour. A detailed step-by-step instruction is available with your download. The ready-to-print files are non-editable and will be available to download and print after your purchase. With your order, you'll receive PDFs and JPEGs.

HOW DO I ACCESS AN INSTANT DOWNLOAD FILE?

You’ll be able to access the download page after the payment confirmation. Also, Etsy sends an email with the link to your files. To save the files to your computer, click “Download”. If you need help this link can be useful: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949

All of the store designs can have the wording altered. Also we can make alterations or a new design just for you, please send me a message before your purchase, and if it's possible I can create something special just for you!

WHAT FILE SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

I specify the file size on the product description. Editable and Ready-to-Print Files: you can't resize them, but if you need a different size, please contact me beforehand, and I'll let you know if it's possible to alter the design for your needs. Custom Orders: if you plan to print through VistaPrint, Costco, Shutterfly Stationary or any other printing vendor that requires bleeds or specific sizing, please inform the requirements you need at the time of your purchase. After I send the first proof, I charge an extra fee to reconfigure the files.

HOW DO I PRINT THE FILES?

You can print at home, send to a local printer or upload to an online print shop (for editable PDFs you’ll need to convert to a JPEG first. I include a detailed step-by-step instruction to help you with this process). For best result, I recommend using a high-quality card stock weight paper 110LB or watercolour paper. All files are 300 dpi high-resolution for a professional printing quality to the size you bought. If you print in a bigger size, you’ll lost this quality. Many factors can make the colours different from the image: the computer monitor, the printer's quality, the type or brand of paper and ink you used to print. I am not responsible for the resulting colour variations due to these many variables involved.

I strongly recommend test printing to ensure the printer is appropriately aligning the design on the page, if it can handle heavy card stock and if you are happy with the output your printer delivers. If you aren’t confident in your home printer or its capabilities, I recommend using a local print or copy shop.

Custom and personalised orders

I can’t provide cancellations, refunds or exchanges on digital, customised or personalised items. Digital items are intangible, because of that you can’t send it back to me to have a refund or exchange. Please, make sure to read all the product description to order an item is right for you. - Edit these files on your computer using the latest version of Adobe Reader, typing your text on blue highlighted boxes. There are photos on the listing showing the editable areas on this product. Please note that you cannot move, change or re-size these editable areas and also cannot change the design layout, graphic template or size.

- This design includes PDFs in US Letter Size and A4 paper. You can choose the best format for you.

- Mac users must edit the file using Adobe Reader; it will not work with Preview.

- I don't offer refunds or cancellations on my items because they are Instant Downloads that will be available immediately after your purchase.
