Tutorial Beaded Lace Swags Part 3 of a Beaded Lace Adventure Series

I'm going on a beaded lace adventure, and I want you to come with me. This pattern will show you how to weave seed beads and round beads into swags with a needle and thread. These swags are designed to look like Irish crochet lace.

The tutorial is 16 pages, including 102 illustrations and photographs. The tutorial is a PDF file that gives step-by-step instructions explaining how to make 9 different variations on the theme. I give specific patterns for all of the swags shown, plus the last three pages includes photos of several design possibilities for necklaces using swags and flowers (part 2 of the beaded lace adventure). This tutorial is designed to teach you techniques for weaving beaded swags. While many design inspirations are included, this tutorial does not explain how to finish a specific piece of jewelry.

This pattern is suitable for advanced beginner bead weavers.
Some basic knowledge of bead weaving is helpful.
