We offer two sweatshirt brands, each with its own fit, fabric, and color options:
Gildan® (Standard Sweatshirt):
• 50% cotton / 50% polyester with a soft fleece interior
• Classic fit with a roomier, more relaxed silhouette
• Midweight fabric that’s breathable and easy to layer

Comfort Colors® (Premium Sweatshirt):
• 80% cotton / 20% polyester with a fleece interior
• Pre-shrunk, runs slightly larger with a more fitted silhouette
• Thicker, sturdier, and more durable fabric
• Garment-dyed for a vintage, faded look

📏 Sizing Guide
All of our sweatshirts are unisex in sizing, but each brand has its own unique fit and measurements. Please review the size chart in the listing photos prior to ordering—don’t rely on your usual size! For a relaxed or oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.

🧺 Care Instructions
• Wash separately for the first wash
• Machine wash cold, inside out
• Tumble dry low or air dry
• Do not iron directly on the design
• Do not bleach

🚚 Processing & Shipping
Our printers operate on business days only, Monday through Friday:
• Production time: 2–5 business days
• Shipping time: additional 2-7 business days
• Orders placed Friday–Sunday will enter our production queue first thing the upcoming Monday

⏳Need your order by a specific date?
It’s the buyer’s responsibility to notify us at least two weeks in advance if your order is needed by a specific date. By messaging us, we can confirm whether we can accommodate your requested timeline.

✨ Returns & Exchanges
Each sweatshirt is custom and made to order just for you. Because these items cannot be restocked or resold, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please reach out within 30 days — we’ll gladly send a free replacement or offer a full refund.

✨ Cancellations
Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After that timeframe, we cannot guarantee cancellation as all orders are sent to production quickly.
