If you need to make any changes or cancel please let us know within 4
hours of ordering. 

 

The process of production, quality control, and packing can take 3-7 business days before being shipped out. 

 

DELIVERY TIME:

 

USA orders take 5-9 business days for delivery. 

 
Non USA address take 8-15 business days for delivery.

Canada 8-12 business days.

If your item is defective or damaged in transit please send us screen shots/video showing the problem. We will replace or your money back.

Never received my item. It has been in pre-transit from IL according to tracking since December 1st. When brought to the store owners attention I was told that the item is coming from china and is probably held up in customs. However tracking does not reflect that. Asked for a refund since this is a Christmas gift and it is getting very close to Christmas and will need to order something else and the store owner refused.
