All clothing items should be washed INSIDE OUT and on a DELICATE washing cycle. Tumble dry on LOW or hang to dry. Do not iron the decoration (printed area). Failure to follow these instructions could result (although very rare) in the design on your item to flake off. Endeavor Goods is NOT responsible for customer's failure to follow these instructions. Refunds are not given for items where the care info was not followed.

I haven't received my item, but tracking says it was delivered.

The first steps is to contact your local post office and your neighbors to see if the package can be located. If you are unable to find the package after 7 days, please file a case with USPS. You can do so at this link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. Some items may be eligible for a replacement or refund once you've taken the above steps. Please contact me for more information. IMPORTANT: No orders will be eligible for replacement or refund once 30 days has passed from the day the tracking was marked "delivered"

Do you sell your designs as an SVG or PNG?

No. All designs are created by Endeavor Goods and we hold the copyright. We do not authorize the reproduction or reselling of our artwork on any platform whether commercial or personal, including for home production.

I accidentally typed in the wrong shipping address. What can I do?

Customers are responsible for adding the correct address to their order. After 24 hours, the address can not be changed. Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to the customer's error will be shipped back to our printing facility. Once we receive the item back to us, it can be reshipped at the customer's expense. Original shipping and item costs will not be refunded.

How are your shirts printed? Are they vinyl or screen printed?

Actually all my garments (shirts, sweatshirts, etc) are printed using "Direct To Garment" or DTG printing. This is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the shirt with inkjet technology. The specialty inks are directly absorbed by the fibers of the garment- allowing my designs to be vivid and detailed on any shirt color! DTG does not peel or easily fade as long as care instructions are followed. (See FAQ for details on how to wash your items correctly). DTG printing has a slightly different texture than screen printing and you'll still be able to see the individual fibers in the shirt compared to a screen print where the print dries on top of the fibers.

Custom and personalized orders

Proofs for custom items are available upon request. We may also send a proof if we have a question or need clarification about your personalization. Please check your Etsy messages within 24 hours of ordering. If we send a proof and do not receive a response within 24 hours, your order will be made as shown in the proof to avoid delays. Because custom items are made specifically for you, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available unless your item has a manufacturing defect, printing error, or is damaged in transit. Photo proof of the issue is required.

All adult shirts will say Head Chef and all children's shirts will say Sous Chef. Please contact me for any special requests and I'll be happy to help!

Each order is custom made at the time you order it.
❤ Production Time 1-3 business days (average is 2, but can take up to 5)
❤ Shipping Time: 1-5 days (average is 3)

SIZE:
❤ Adult shirt: this is a regular unisex t-shirt.
❤ True to size on men, with a fitted cut. If you prefer a relaxed look, order up one size.
❤ For women, if you like a relaxed fit, I recommend you order your normal size. For an oversized look, select 1-3 sizes larger than your normal size.
❤ 100% pre-shrunk cotton, soft, lightweight, with the right amount of stretch. Heather colors have some polyester.
❤ QUICK AND EASY TIP - grab your favorite shirt out of your closet and lay it flat. Measure from armpit to armpit and compare to the size chart (see photo) to get your perfect fit!

❤ Please note, white shirts are slightly sheer and kids and adult shirts may be different brands so shirt colors may not match exactly.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:
❤ Each shirt is printed just for you by my printing partner. Unfortunately I can’t accept exchanges or returns due to size or shipping/production times. Please check all the listing details carefully before ordering.
❤ If there are any quality concerns, please contact me and I will remedy it ASAP. No return needed!

Care Info:
❤ Machine Wash on cold, turn shirt inside out.
❤ Tumble Dry on Low Heat.
❤ Do not iron the printed area.

Thank you for supporting my small business! ❤❤❤

These are adorable and were a perfect gift for my husband and our baby for Father’s Day. Originally I was sent the wrong size, and when I contacted the seller, they were super responsive and sent out a new one the next day, and thankfully it arrived the day before Father’s Day.
