Where do your items ship from?

All my items are designed by me in Calgary, Canada, and I work with a lovely company in North Carolina, USA who prints and ships them.

What's your instagram?!

Follow me at @frankieprintco! (or www.instagram.com/frankieprintco on desktop).

I'm a blogger/influencer and would like to collab!

Great! I'm only able to take on limited amounts of influencers, however please get in touch either via Etsy convos, or at hello@frankieprintco.com.

Can you do rush orders?

No, sorry. Due to the printing process, I can't guarantee any faster production or shipping time than what is listed.

What is your return & refund policy?

Because each item is made-to-order just for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I will of course correct any items that are incorrect or damaged by shipping a new one to you. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me as I want to make sure you're happy! While I work hard to ensure product photos are as accurate as possible, please note computer + device monitors can cause colour variances. For this reason, I cannot give refunds for minor colour variances. When ordering, please ensure you look at product photos using the "zoom" button to see the details.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

I work with an outside printer to have all my items printed and shipped, and I generally submit orders within a few hours of you ordering. Once the printing + production process starts, I am unable to stop it. You can absolutely get in touch to see if there's still time to cancel, but I can't guarantee anything.

International shipping is taking a long time!

I ship everything via USPS Priority/First Class (or your local mail carrier if you are outside of the USA). Once packages are in their possession, I don't have control over it unfortunately. Once in a while with International orders, the package will get "stuck" at customs which causes a delay. If this happens, let me know and I can open a "missing package" case with USPS. Please note I cannot offer a refund for these shipping delays, but if USPS determines the package is lost, I will ship a new one!

Highlights

Designed by FrankiePrintCo
Materials: Cotton, polyester; Primary fabric type: Cotton

A woven witchy book tote bag for readers, Halloween lovers, library trips, book club, and everyday errands. This double-sided design features a moody bookshelf pattern with candles, potion bottles, plants, spiderwebs, skulls, stars, and magical little details woven into the fabric.

Unlike a printed canvas tote, this bag is woven with colored threads, giving the artwork a textured, tapestry-like feel that appears on both sides.

This tote makes a thoughtful gift for book lovers, witchy friends, dark academia fans, librarians, teachers, or anyone who loves spooky books, cozy gothic style, and a little everyday magic.

Shipping was a month late, and reaching out to the seller a few days after the initial due time seemed to have just been an automated response. I figured I just lost that money I spent, but the package eventually arrived. To my surprise it's actually a sturdy bag and looks nice, so the item itself I would rate 5 stars. Everything else was bad. lol

Response from Diane

Hi there! This order was shipped within 3 business days using USPS Priority, but unfortunately there was a carrier delay in transit. Sorry it didn't arrive within the expected timeframe! My message response to you was real, not automated :) I’m glad it arrived safely and that you’re happy with the bag itself.
