THE STORY: I designed this minimalist CD rack originally in steel in the early 1990s when the Compact Disk was extremely popular and almost everyone had a CD player at home and in portable music players. I created the original CD rack (I still have original samples) for my personal collection of CDs and latter started selling it so others could enjoy its outstanding features. The minimalist leaning shape was optimized for form and function, and it epitomizes my beliefs of simplicity in design. Today I offer this same design in various sizes and materials right here on Etsy for storing CDs, DVDs, books, magazines and vinyl records.
