About This Sign:

* Custom made to order in your chosen size and color, just like the example shown.
* Nail holes are added for easy hanging, but hardware is not included. For a seamless look, request no holes during checkout and easily hang it with velcro command strips.
* The raw metal finish gives your sign an industrial, rustic look with unique markings and patina. Keep in mind,no two signs are alike.
* Want to add your personal touch? Paint it yourself for a DIY project or let us paint it for you (additional charge applies). Painted signs are sealed front and back to ensure a rust-resistant, long-lasting finish, making them perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.

Finish Options

Raw Metal:

* Raw metal is uncoated steel that naturally rusts over time, giving it a rustic charm. Rust can cause discoloration, so consider protecting your sign with a clear coat if displayed in humid areas.
* Natural imperfections like scratches and burn marks will appear, enhancing the unique character of each piece.
* To remove rust, gently rub the surface with a grade 3 steel wool pad.
* For cleaning, use acetone and a microfiber cloth.

Painted Signs:

* Fully painted front and back is sealed with a clear coat for protection against rust and fading, making them safe for indoor or outdoor use.
* To extend the life of your painted sign, handle with care and apply a new clear coat every 3-5 years. More frequent upkeep may be needed in harsh environments.
* If the paint chips, simply touch it up with clear coat sealant to prevent rust.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges:

* Orders are processed immediately, so cancellations and refunds are not possible once placed.
* Custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable due to production time and resources.

Shipping & Processing:

* Free Shipping via USPS Priority or USPS Ground Advantage.
* Processing Time: 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
* Estimated Delivery: 3-10 business days, depending on your location (delivery dates are estimates).
* Double-check your shipping address to avoid delays. Once shipped, we cannot alter or reroute packages. Customer is responsible for reshipping fees if the package is returned or undeliverable.
* We pack your items carefully using eco-friendly, recycled materials.

Mounting Hardware & Tips:

* Use appropriate hardware based on the size and weight of your sign. Improper mounting may lead to damage.
* Handle your sign carefully while mounting to avoid scratching or chipping. If this happens, apply a clear coat to reseal the metal and prevent rust.
* For a floating effect, use stand-off spacers and #8 screws (available at most hardware stores).
* For outdoor signs, consider using coated flat-head screws.
* For indoor signs and smaller pieces, steel wire nails work great.
* For vinyl siding, we recommend using vinyl siding hooks.
* If you prefer no holes, Velcro command strips offer an easy, no-damage hanging solution.
* For mounting on brick, stucco, or stone, use screws with plastic sleeves and a masonry drill bit.
