What are your processing and shipping times?

All of my products are made to order at a professional print shop. Most items are finished 1-7 business days from the date your order is placed, with the avg timeframe being 2-3 business days. Processing time doesn't include shipping time. :) Shipping will add an additional 2-8 business days, depending on the item and how far it needs to travel to get to you. Business days are Mon-Fri and don't include holidays/weekends. Shipping for shirts can be expedited for an additional fee, and will allow you to get it ~2 days faster. Please reach out to arrange before ordering! A final note! Different item types usually ship separately, so if you order a variety of things (i.e. a mug and a tee), you'll receive them in separate packages.

What is your cancellation policy?

I'm happy to accept cancellation requests within 6 hours of purchase. After that, your item will be sent to production so that you can get it ASAP. Once this happens, I'm unable to cancel the order with my print shop. :)

What is your return/exchange policy?

Your happiness is my top priority! Please reach out right away if I can lend a hand with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, there’s a misprint, or there's a manufacturing error impacting the quality, I’ll be sure you get a free replacement. Just message me within 14 days of delivery with clear photo proof of the issue. I'll be quick to take care of you. 🧡 (I may follow up to request some additional photos as proof for my print shop.) What printing method is used for your tees, sweatshirts, and totes?

I partner with a reputable professional printer to print my designs on all my apparel and tote bags. Instead of using vinyl, they use the popular direct-to-garment (DTG) production process, where the ink soaks deep into the item's fibers. This results in a rich design that becomes part of the item itself. The finished look has a slightly vintage or distressed aesthetic. The benefits for you are that the printed design won't crack or peel, and it allows your clothing to remain flexible and comfy to wear!

How should I care for my new tee or sweatshirt?

To get the longest life out of your clothing and protect the design, please machine wash cold, *inside-out*, on gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. (Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary and no fabric softeners please!) Tumble dry on low OR hang dry. Cool iron inside out if necessary. Do not iron the design directly or dry clean.

What happens if I accidentally enter the wrong shipping address?

Etsy holds buyers responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing orders. Please carefully check that the address you enter for your order is accurate! If it's old, incorrect, or missing information (like an Apt or Unit number), please tell me within 6 hours of purchase so I can cancel and you can reorder with the correct address. :) After 6 hours have passed, the item(s) you ordered will go into production and be sent to the original address provided. If a package is marked undeliverable and returned, it can be resent to you for an additional shipping fee, which you can purchase through my shop. I cannot replace or refund items if they are not received but tracking shows they were successfully delivered.

Once purchased, your flag takes between 4-6 business days to process and finish printing.

From there, your flag will be shipped out to you immediately. Look for your tracking number in your email!
