If your package was lost or damaged please contact us so we can file a claim with USPS. A store credit/refund will be issued at our discretion, or we will send a replacement if possible of the lost/damaged items. If a package is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive the order, a refund will not be issued. International shipping costs are non refundable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, the buyer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to have the package sent out again. If the buyer chooses to have a refund instead of having the order mailed again, a refund will be issued minus shipping fees that were paid when the order was originally sent out. If the order was delivered to the incorrect address given on the order or NOT returned back to sender, we will not reship a replacement order. A new order will have to be placed at the customers expense. We ship to the address given on the order, it is the customers responsibility to make sure it is correct at checkout.

Items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery. If items are returned outside of return window, a refund will not be issued. Items must be in unused condition. I will issue a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping if paid) minus a restocking fee of $5. VAT fees/taxes are not refundable. Priority/express shipping paid at the time of the sale is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please purchase tracking and pack safely since a refund won't be issued if an item is lost/damaged. **CLEARANCE and ITEMS ON SALE are non refundable. If an item has signs of being used (hair/lotion/etc) a refund will not be issued. TIARAS/CROWNS ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES

International Shipments

Customers are responsible for any VAT fees that are due upon receipt of item. These costs are not included in shipping costs at time of purchase. If an order is returned due to not being claimed because fees were not paid or customer rejected the shipment, I will issue a refund for the item(s) amount minus shipping costs once I receive the order back in the mail.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Orders come in cotton filled jewelry boxes. If multiple items are ordered, they will be in individual jewelry bags inside of a single cotton filled jewelry box. If you need each item in an order individually boxed or wrapped for gift giving, please contact me before purchasing to get a quote on additional costs for wrapping, boxing and shipping. Free shipping will not apply if multiple boxes are needed since the cost of shipping will increase due to the weight of the packaging.

Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to work with you on custom orders. If you choose to do a custom order, they are non refundable. Full payment for custom orders is required up front. *CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED (changes to color, length, etc) ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, please do not wear when exposed to water. Wipe the items down with a dry cloth occasionally to remove any perfumes, lotions, oils, etc. Please keep them in an enclosed box or bag and away from direct light to avoid tarnish. If needed, you can gently wash with some soap and water and dry with a cloth. If you have an issue with any item within 30 days of purchase, please contact me. If it outside of that time, the items are subject to regular wear and tear use and cannot be returned or repaired.

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 HOUR of purchase since I begin working on your order after it is placed.
