Will my order get to me by a requested date?

Everything in my shop is made to order, and made by hand, so there will always be processing time for your items to actually be created! Processing times vary by listing. The processing time combined with shipping time determines the date that your item will arrive. Many times, the processing speed stays near the lower estimate, but that can't be guaranteed. You can check estimated delivery dates on each individual listing. Please keep in mind that I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, other than the estimated window given at the time of your purchase.

What size should I order?

Size charts can be found in the listing's photos, generally as the last image. I encourage customers to check the size chart before making a purchase, since the sizing of my items can vary from sizing of items you might get elsewhere. If you need help with choosing the best size, please let me know your chest/waist/hips measurements in inches, and I'll be happy to help you!

Can you ship to my hotel?

Yes! I have shipped items to Disney and non-Disney hotels and resorts. Before placing your order, please contact me to ensure we both have all the information needed to make delivery go as smoothly as possible.

This cute shirt is custom printed, and made of a high quality mid-weight jersey that is 93% polyester and 7% spandex. It is soft and comfy, making it perfect for a long day at the theme parks!

This shirt is currently available in sizes from XS through 2X! Be sure to check the size chart in the listing images before ordering. I'll also be happy to help you find the right size if you send me a message! Items cannot be returned or exchanged based on sizing issues, unless they have been cut with more than 1-inch of difference from the flat measurement chart, which can be found in the listing images.

Please note that there may be some slight differences in the way the physical shirt looks compared to the listing photo, since each shirt is printed, cut and sewn individually and made by hand.

Washing this shirt by hand with cold water, and turning it inside out before washing will help keep the fabric at its best! The fabric may be damaged if it comes into contact with rough or sticky surfaces.

My items are all made to order, so I don't offer returns or exchanges. I do offer cancellations, as long as you message me within 2 hours of your purchase, in case there is a problem with your order. However, if there is a problem with your order once it arrives, such as a damaged or misprinted item, please message me, and I will be happy to help you! If an item is made incorrectly, I may need to request photos to provide to the company that makes my products for me.

Most items will ship through DHL and will be handed off to USPS for delivery, but some items ship with other carriers depending on your location or the weight of the package! Most carriers typically estimate about 3-6 business days for shipping, but I can’t guarantee shipping speeds. Shipping upgrades and rush orders are currently unavailable. Specific delivery dates can't be guaranteed, but items will ship by the date promised at the time of purchase.

This shirt looks great and feels like a nice material. However, sizing runs very small. I wear an XL and ordered an XXL so it would be less fitted so that I could wear a long sleeved shirt under it, and it fits like a very tightly fitted L. I don’t know if this is the case with all their shirts or just this one, but I recommend sizing up 1-2 sizes depending on how fitted you want it to be.
