Gently roll your bracelets over your hand onto your wrist to prolong the lifespan of your new bracelets. It is suggested to keep them away from body care products such as lotions, perfumes, and cosmetics to keep the beads looking like new and the elastic strong.

·Add length according to your desired fit:
· 0" - fitted, snug
· .25" - slight movement
· .5" - relaxed
· .75"- loose
· 1" - extra loose

Returns & Resizing:
Each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, I do not accept returns. If your bracelet arrives damaged or has a defect upon arrival, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo so I can review and help resolve the issue. Restringing is available upon request. Customer is responsible for return shipping both ways and a restringing charge per item. Please message me for details.

Bead Size & Materials
Beads are sourced from multiple manufacturers and are labeled as 3mm, but slight variations in size and finish can occur. Some colors may appear slightly larger or smaller when compared side by side. This is normal and not considered a defect.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and fulfill your order. Each item is made to order. I ship through USPS and I offer Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) and Priority (1-2 business days). These are just estimates and not guarantees.

1. How durable are these beaded stretch bracelets?
They’re made with high-quality elastic and tightly finished knots. With normal wear and proper care (avoiding water, lotions, and tugging), they last a long time.
2. Do the beads fade or lose color?
The glass seed beads keep their color extremely well and stay vibrant. Avoid abrasive cleaners or chemicals and they will maintain their color and shine.
3. Can kids wear these bracelets?
Yes — I offer sizes from child through adult. For children under 5, I don't recommend my jewelry due to small parts.
4. Will the bracelet stretch out over time?
To prolong the lifespan of your new bracelets, it is suggested to roll your bracelets gently over your wrist. Excessive stretching will reduce the bracelets flexibility over time.
5. Can I customize the color pattern or do I pick from preset mixes?
You pick from the preset mixes.
6. What if I need a size that isn’t listed?
I currently offer 5” all the way to 8” bracelet sizes.
7. Are these hypoallergenic?
Yes, glass beads are hypoallergenic. For sensitive skin, I recommend selecting stainless steel as your accent.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Each item is individually packaged and ready to gift in a cotton drawstring bag.
9. Can I include a gift note in the package?
Yes- you can do so at checkout
10. Can I get a replacement if it breaks?
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or breaks upon first use I will either issue a refund or a replacement depending on the situation. I take great pride in the construction of my bracelets and they should not break, even from daily use if treated gently.
11. What size do most adults wear?
A typical woman’s size is between 6 ½”-7” and a typical men’s size is between 7”-8”
12. Can I rush my order or upgrade shipping?
Yes, I currently offer USPS priority mail express which is 1-2 business days (estimated).
13. Are the bracelets stretchy enough to go over wider hands?
Yes, absolutely!
14. Do you offer discounts for multiple bracelets?
For orders over 100 I offer bulk pricing. Message me for pricing.
15. How do I request a design that isn’t shown in the listing?
