Design can be done on your choice of glassware. All designs are laser engraved for high attention to detail and then sandblasted and are made to order. Upon placing your order if you would like to select a font please specify your choice. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We will message you if we need additional information to complete your order and submit the design, if requested, to confirm before completion. Message us at any time if you have any questions, concerns, or if we can be of any assistance while your order is being completed. Due to overwhelming response and the desire to reduce unwanted emails, we reply to messages, but may not message unless requested. An automatically generated email including order confirmation is provided by Etsy. Message us if you need to make any changes to your order or if we may be of any assistance while your order is being completed.

PROOFS: If you wish to see the design before it is completed, request a proof at the time of purchase and we will submit our design for your approval before completing your order. If you do not request a proof at the time of purchase, check the information you have submitted with your order twice as customers are responsible for spelling errors, missing or incomplete information, and requesting a proof at the time of purchase. Proofs are available on request, but submission and approval process may affect expedited completion.

POLICIES: We reserve the right to use our artistic judgment when completing orders. Due to the nature of the products and services we sell, we do not offer a warranty. All customers agree to hold Made By Brad harmless to the full extent allowable by law. Variations in product canvas and artistic services are to be expected and appreciated for the unique appeal of custom made to order gifts, our customers assume all risk and responsibility for the products purchased and are encouraged to handle with care and use responsibly. Our glassware is permanently engraved, etched, and/or carved and our designs will not wash off. We recommend hand washing as the preferred method of cleaning functional artwork. Inconsistency, flow lines, distortions, air bubbles, bumps, color variations, and other characteristics which appear unique to each order are inherent to the nature of our gifts. We embrace and encourage others to understand and appreciate the nature of the product canvas we use and appreciate the unique qualities and characteristics of each item we create. Once personalized, our products are non-refundable. By placing an order, you agree to have read, understood, and accepted our shop policies.

RUSH OPTION: Let us know when you need your order delivered by so we can plan accordingly. Unless you are purchasing a rush order, your order will be completed and mailed within our processing times. Need your order delivered before the scheduled ship date? Add our rush order listing to your cart. Completion time for each product and quantity purchased varies and completion time is not guaranteed, but rush orders are moved to the front of all standard orders and completed as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

SHIPPING: Before placing your order, please make sure your address is correct to avoid delays in you receiving your package. All items will be shipped within the specified time frame. If you require a proof before etching, please respond with a confirmation or changes as quickly as possible to avoid delays. Please understand that I ship your packages within the processing time frame, but cannot guarantee how quickly the post office delivers. If you need your item(s) quickly, please consider the Rush option.
