How do I access my digital download?

Once your transaction is complete, you'll receive an email from Etsy with a link to download your new files. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk mail folder - it might have landed there by mistake. You can also find the download link in your Etsy account under Purchases (www.etsy.com/your/purchases). To access your files, please sign in to Etsy on a computer or mobile browser. Note that the Etsy app doesn't currently support file downloads. If you encounter any issues or have questions, don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to help and want to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience with your purchase.

Do download links expire?

Good news! There are no limits on when or how many times you can download a file. Once you've purchased a digital product, you can access it at any time from your Purchases page, as long as the transaction remains active and hasn't been canceled or removed. This means you can download your files as many times as you need, whenever you need them. So go ahead, download away, and enjoy your digital goodies!

Why do I receive a PDF file after downloading?

In some cases, files may be too large to upload directly to Etsy. Don't worry! If this happens, you'll receive a PDF with a secure link to our Google Drive, where you can easily download your files. This ensures that you can still access your digital products, even if they're too large for Etsy's upload limits. Simply follow the link in the PDF, and you'll be able to download your files from our Google Drive.

How do I access my digital download if I checked out as Guest?

If you purchased a digital download as a guest, don't worry - your download link is just a few clicks away! You can find it in the receipt email sent by Etsy after your order. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk mail folder. If you're a Gmail user, also take a look in your Social and Promotions tabs. To ensure you receive these important emails, consider adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list. This will help you locate them easily in the future. By following these simple steps, you should be able to find your download link and access your digital product without any hassle!

Can I resell the digital files I downloaded?
