For optimal results, wash inside out in cold water and air dry. Avoid using fabric softeners and bleach, as they may harm the print. Instead, we recommend using white vinegar as a natural fabric softener—it’s effective and won't leave any unwanted smells! If you opt to use a dryer, select low heat for a brief period and then let your garment finish air drying. Extensive high heat can damage the print and shorten the lifespan of your clothing.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you no longer wish to proceed with your order, we do offer cancellation within one hour of placing it. Customers are responsible for ensuring the cancellation occurs within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund. However, for orders where the garments have already been produced and gone past the allotted time, we are unable to refund you for the completed items.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY SHIRT/SWEATSHIRT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE AFTER IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED?

Sizing can sometimes be challenging, given the beautiful diversity of human bodies. I highly suggest using the sizing charts and comparing them with your favourite sweater or t-shirt to find the best fit. However, once an item has been delivered, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
