How do I download my items?

To access your digital files from your account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Please note, that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer. Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, Etsy policies do not allow return of digital items. If you are unsatisfied with your itrm or have any other queries, please reach out to me via Etsy Messages, I will be happy to help!

Do you sell physical prints?

All the item sold in my shop are digital, meaning you can print them yourself. If you don't own a printer, you can find a printing centre nearby that can assist you with printing your items for a small fee.

Can I use your prints on the items I sell?

Yes! All my items are intended for commercial use, meaning you can ue them on the items you sell as long as you don't breach the licensing policy.
