Damaged or Lost Items

If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We offer a refund or a replacement as follows: Domestic Orders: Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. International Orders: Contact us within 45 days of the expected delivery date.

Custom and personalized orders

In general, cancellations are not accepted, as we strive to initiate the production of your custom-made shirt immediately after an order is placed to ensure prompt delivery. If a cancellation request is made promptly (within 1 hour of purchase), we may be able to halt the order prior to production; however, this is not guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding that once production has commenced, cancellations are generally not feasible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the package cannot be delivered, we can send a replacement item. However, the customer will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs.
