I have placed an order, when will it ship?

I work hard to keep the lead-times listed on Etsy as up to date as possible. You can find these at the top of the "shipping and policies" tab. Unless you are otherwise notified, your order will ship within the listed timeline. If you are in need of a rush order, please send me a message before placing your order :)

Can I customize this fixture?

YES! Absolutely. Common customizations include changing the cord color, the switch mechanism, or dimensions. Please shoot me a message with any customization requests prior to placing your order.

Talk to me about your brass

Absolutely, let’s dive in! Our brass is a heavy-gauge, high-quality material that feels substantial and is made to last. Most of my pieces are left unlacquered, which means the brass will naturally oxidize and develop a beautiful patina over time. This aging process gives each piece a unique character that only gets better with age. We offer a variety of brass finishes (or treatments, as I like to call them because, well, I'm pretentious). Do I have to buy lightbulbs from your shop?

Not at all. We offer them as a convenience, but you can totally pick up lightbulbs from you local hardware store. For some of our designs we include a bulb (but not all, so check the product description)

What mail carriers do you use?

We ship all domestic orders via UPS with door-to-door tracking and full insurance. International orders ship via different couriers depending on the destination country. For international inquiries, send us a message with your delivery address and we will provide a shipping quote.
