Where do you ship from?

My main print provider is based in the US, but for purchases from Canada, I usually work with a local print provider to minimize shipping delays and customs fees. If a specific color or size isn’t available locally, the order will be printed and shipped from the US, which may take a little longer to arrive. I always do my best to ship your items quickly and conveniently, but please note that some products are exclusive to the US and can only be printed and shipped from there. If you have any questions or special requests, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m happy to help!

Do orders with multiple products ship separately?

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Different product types are often shipped separately, as they may come from different print providers or facilities. Don’t worry, you’ll receive tracking information for each package!

What clothing brands are used for your designs?

I offer two types of t-shirts: Bella+Canvas 3001 (lightweight and breathable, great for layering) and Comfort Colors 1717 (heavier 100% cotton fabric). For sweatshirts, I use Gildan 18000 (50% cotton) and Comfort Colors 1566 (80% cotton). Each listing includes details about the specific brand used, which you can find in the product description and size chart photo. If you’d like a design printed on a specific brand, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help!

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

All items are made to order, meaning production begins only after your order is placed. Because of this, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you need to cancel or modify your purchase, please do so within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order is sent to production, and cancellations or changes are no longer possible. If there’s an issue with your order or a mistake on my end, please contact me with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and I’ll be happy to replace it for you—ideally within two weeks of your order date!

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Our print-on-demand products are made just for you when you place an order. This may take a bit longer, but it eliminates overproduction and reduces waste, making it a more sustainable choice.
All apparel ships within 2 – 5 business days. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for transit. Please do check that your delivery details are correct before placing an order.

SIZING
Please check the size chart provided in the listing image for guidance. Please use the measurement for the most accurate sizing. Feel free to contact me if you need any size or color that you can't find in our drop-down menu.
For a truly oversized look, we suggest sizing up by two sizes!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Turn inside out.
- Machine wash: Cold.
- Tumble dry: very low heat.
- Do not iron directly on print.
- Do not dry-clean.
- Do not bleach.

Our print on demand provider uses direct-to-garment printing technology. Please note that when designs are printed directly onto fabric, there may be slight variations in the opacity of the ink. Particularly dark colors like forest green, navy, black and maroon may exhibit a subtle translucence as the fabric gracefully absorbs the ink. Nevertheless, rest assured that we've taken every step to enhance the opacity, ensuring that your design retains its brilliance. What's more, the direct-to-garment printing process significantly reduces the chance that the design will crack or flake off and it washes really well!

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The product's color in the photo and real life will be slightly different due to the light and environment when shooting the product.
