WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
The bracelets are sized for Adults. More information is available in our pictures. You'll want to choose the size that will fit so the cord can be worn with the knots closest together (creating a double strand bracelet). We offer this bracelet in three sizes. The middle size (medium) is for the average adult female wrist size of 6.5". As always, if you need a custom size please don't hesitate to reach out prior to ordering so we can work together to make a size that fits you best. If you are worried about size I can make your bracelet with a sliding knot drawstring closure instead of the two knots. In this version I will add a couple tiny beads to the bottom of the drawstrings. It does change the design of the cord to a one strand design.

Size small will not go smaller than 5 inches
(if your wrist is smaller than 5 inches please message me for a custom size.)
Size Medium will not go smaller than 6 inches

WHAT IS THE CORD MATERIAL?
Your string bracelet is made from 1MM thin, but strong, lightweight waxed polyester/nylon. It's the perfect no fuss, fast drying, color fast, non fraying cord bracelet that you can wear 24/7/365 in the ocean, pool, spa, shower, and every day life.

WHAT IS MY CHARM MADE OF?
Your tiny handmade charm is made from high quality jewelry grade aluminum (3/8") that is VERY LIGHTWEIGHT and hypoallergenic making this the perfect metal for those with metal allergies. Lightweight means you'll barely feel the bracelet on your wrist. This metal will not tarnish. To keep the charm looking shiny and new simply polish with a jewelry cloth as needed.

Your little beads are highly polished stainless steel that will not tarnish.

DO THE BEADS MOVE?
Yes, the beads move. This means if your knots are far apart the beads will slide around the cord.

HOW WILL MY BRACELET BE PACKAGED?
To save the trees we will put all bracelets in one box unless otherwise requested. However, if you order multiples or and/or add plain cord bracelets, and need separate boxes for different gift recipients, please let me know and I'll package them individually.

HAND STAMPING EXPECTATIONS:
This OC charm not made on a machine. It is not engraved. It is handmade by me using metal font/designs stamps and a hammer to hammer the impression into the metal. Every chunk of metal is cut and hand shaped with old school files and hand tools, so no two charms will be exactly alike. Also, since each letter and design are hammered one at a time, you can expect slight variations in placement and spacing resulting in a truly unique, one-of-a-kind tag - with a side of whimsy! To make your chosen design stand out I have oxidized the metal with a darkening agent and polished it to a beautiful shine. Please note that backside of the charm may have a slight ripple effect from the force of moving the metal with the design tool.

WHAT ARE MY CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
We have designed this bracelet to be worn 24/7/365. Your cord is color fast and waterproof. I've been wearing my charm bracelet since 2023 with no issues. Obviously if you have the type of lifestyle that would be rough on this type of bracelet, please take care to prevent the dangling charm from getting snagged or damaged. If you take your cord off, please store your dry cord in the plastic pouch provided.

HOW DO I ADJUST MY CORD?
Your cord will come with a QR code that will take you to our video on how to get your bracelet on. You can view our pictures for instructions as well.

CLEANING YOUR CORD
Our bodies can get oily and messy especially if we're using a lotion and sun screen. For this reason, over time you might notice your cord looking a little dull. No problem, just gently wash your cord in the palms of your hands with a small dab of dawn dish soap and water. Make sure you plug your sink first so it doesn't sneak down the drain! Rinse well and pat dry. Your color should be completely restored to new. You can also polish your little charm with any soft jewelry cloth to restore your beautiful shine.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns for non-personalized items if returned to us within 30 days of purchase AND in it's original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items that have been worn, altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted. For Exchanges we require the item to be returned in new and original condition. Upon receipt of the returned item we will refund the purchase price so you can reorder a different item.
