CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Cancellations
We accept cancellation requests sent through Etsy Messages within 24 hours of purchase and will issue a full refund. After this period, we do not offer voluntary cancellations. This does not affect any cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable law.

Returns and exchanges
Except where required by law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or colour. Please review the listing details and size chart before ordering.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us through Etsy Messages with your order number and, where possible, clear photographs. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with your legal rights. We cover any necessary return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

EU right of withdrawal
For eligible non-personalised goods, EU consumers may withdraw from their purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after delivery. You can notify us through Etsy Messages with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Please identify the order concerned.

Goods must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us. Contact us promptly for return instructions. Our reply or approval is not a condition of exercising your withdrawal right. Buyers pay the direct return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

We will refund the purchase price and the applicable standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds will use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without refund fees.

You are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

The statutory withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as products featuring your own name or photograph. Selecting a standard size or colour, or printing an existing design after purchase, does not by itself qualify for this exception.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
