This came out to be a cool garment and includes both the shirt and the dress. The sizing is very off though - I was considered a size 12 even though Im a 4-6. The pattern itself is not beginner friendly as the text is small, and the instructions on which way they needed to be cut was lacking. The instructions were easy enough to follow. I would recommend this to someone who has made a dress before.
