How do I order a customized or personalized item?

Depending on your customization request, there may or may not be an additional charge. Please contact me first prior to purchasing, so I can provide you with an accurate quote. If there is an additional charge, I will create a custom listing for you and send you the link for easy payment.

What if I need my item sooner than the estimated ship date?

Please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you. Holidays are a busy time of year, so expedition of your package may cost additional depending on your timeline, and the type of postal service needed to ensure your package arrives by your desired deadline.

Do you combine shipping if I order more than one item?

Yes. If you order several items, I will fit them all into the most cost efficient package to save you money.

Do you accept refunds or returns?

Due to the handmade nature of my items and the invested time in production, returns and refunds are not accepted. If there is a mishap with your order, please contact me.

Please track your package with the tracking number attached to your receipt. Please note that if your items reads as "In Transit" this may not necessarily be the case. I have experienced many packages that have departed that still read as "In Transit" that have actually been delivered. If you need further assistance, we are here to help!

How do I update my shipping address after I’ve already made a purchase?
