When will my order ship out?

We almost always ship things out one week after an order is placed. We have yet to fall behind schedule but all products are handmade with each order so please be patient during high order volume periods!

My order should just says shipping label created but never shipped? When are you going to mail it?

We typically create the shipping label the night before we ship out an order. If you order has not changed shipping status within 2-3 days that means our USPS did not scan the item properly on pickup. This unfortunately is not uncommon and means you will not receive a tracking update until day of delivery. There sadly is nothing we can do about this. Please rest assured your order will arrive on time as normal!

Will you be making [book]?

If it is new release of a series we have already started (ex: Fourth Wing/Iron Flame of The Empyrean series) then you can rest assured we will continue to upload designs with each new release. Otherwise we highly encourage sending us a DM saying what book you would like us to do next! We take requests seriously and if a few different people ask we usually make it. :)

Fourth Wing series special custom edition hand painted and stenciled with designs matching the series. High quality materials are used to ensure little to no page sticking and long vivid colors that last.

Each book has a design related to the story in a continuous/connected sky design. Designs will continue to follow this pattern for all volumes in the series as they are released. Colors follow the gradient of the dust jackets and shimmer in light.

The foil custom cover design is gold to match the spine.

⚡ "Stenciled Edge Only" | You will receive a copy of your book[s] with the dust jacket. The long page edge will be our featured stenciled design. Top and bottom page edges are black.

Due to the nature of each book being handmade colors and details may vary slightly book to book and slight imperfections are an expected part of the charm of unique handmade items. Also colors may vary based on monitor settings. However we maintain high standards and you should expect a copy you will love. :)

Books are made one at a time as ordered and shipped with a tracking number. The books are standard edition (no extra chapters, etc.) and are in English.
