What Will I Receive In A Package?

After purchasing, you will receive a layout selection document to advise us on which layout you would like your documents structured around! You will need to send us the required information via the 3 methods specified below, and then we will use this to build up your own tailored resume in the design chosen. We will completely rewrite your resume based on our keyword research we conduct based on the industry you are in/ want to pursue. If you select a photo resume design however that photo has a background not professional, we will change it to better suit the resume - THIS IS FREE OF CHARGE. We will also compile a cover letter and reference letter in a matching design based on your resume - THIS IS FREE OF CHARGE.

How Long Does It Take?

Once you have completed it and sent it back to us, we will confirm receipt thereof and advise the turnaround time of delivery - 5-10 business days for standard packages unless ordering a special fast delivery package! Kindly note that all standard package items have a 5-10 business day (excluding weekends and US public holidays) time for the documents to be emailed out. The 36-48 hour package has a 1-3 business day time, and the 24 hour add on which is additionally purchased with the standard package, will ensure a delivery of the first drafts in 1 business day! Revision requests take 1-3 business days per email for standard packages, and 36-48 hour and 24 hour packages have a 1 business day time for each revision request.

How Safe Is My Personal Information?

All of our methods of information delivery are extremely secured. Our online form method is served across a protected 256 bit SSL connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate. If you decide to rather physically send us a filled in document, or your old resume, it will be sent via this platform, i.e. Etsy, for ultimate user protection. NOTHING will be sent or communicated via any other platform to ensure safety of personal information.

What Methods Of Providing Information Are There?

There are 3 main ways to provide us with the required information to create your tailored resume. They are: 1. Fill in our secured online form with all the required details 2. We will send you an editable PDF document where you will provide all of your details on and send it back to us via Etsy. 3. You can send us your old resume and any other related information you would like added to it.

What If I Don't Like The First Submission or There Is Missing/ Incorrect Information?

We provide with each package purchased, unlimited FREE reviews and edits to your resume, within a 2 week period. Therefore, once we have sent you the first resume, you can go through and check for any missing information, or anything you would like fixed, and send it to us, and we will gladly amend it- IF WITHIN THE 2 WEEK TIME PERIOD. Note: Revision requests exclude initial layout changes and major content refocusing, which incur additional costs.

What Is The General Turnaround Time?

We strive to provide you with your supreme resume at the fastest time possible, without compromising on quality! Therefore, our normal turnaround time for your resume to reach you, once you have submitted your information to us, is 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and US public holidays) unless you have purchased an express delivery package where package specific delivery times apply. However, if you require it sooner than the normal time, you can purchase our express package, where it will then be delivered to you within 24 hours, once we have received your information back. Please enquire on availability of 24 hour delivery before purchasing.
