Printed - Cancelling after receiving your proofs

Before any artwork is complete, you will pay a £10.00 deposit. This covers the initial artwork that is then sent over to you as a proof. Should you decide to cancel after receiving your proof, that is absolutely fine. You are not obligated to continue with your purchase. However the £10.00 will be non-refundable due to the time taken to create your design.

Printed - Order not as expected?

If Olivean have made an error, I will of course rectify this right away. However certain things are not covered: - Approved Errors While every effort is made to ensure that there are no errors in your design work (for example, typos), final proof checking is ultimately the customers responsibility. However if you do spot any errors after print, Olivean will work with you in reprinting at a discounted rate. - Colour not as expected? Olivean cannot accept responsibility if the printed colour isn't as it appears on the screen. This is because all monitors display colours differently, and may not accurately display the final colour. Due to the above, we always recommend ordering a sample invitation set/colour chart.

Printed - Non-custom orders

If you have ordered a non-custom print, Olivean will be able to offer a full refund (minus delivery costs). This is providing the print is returned to us in the same re-sellable condition that it arrived in, and within 30 days. Once the item is received, the refund will be processed.

Custom and personalised orders

If there are any changes you'd like made from what you see on the listing, don't hesitate to contact me. Olivean offer a fully bespoke service, so would gladly discuss any changes you'd like to make. The listing details are just a starting point :)

It's super easy! - Choose your design, and purchase as normal - You'll receive an instruction guide instantly on your Etsy account, and an email with a link to your design (this will go directly to the email linked to your Etsy account) - Edit/save/print directly from your browser! + BONUS - You don't need to download any software, or purchase any fonts! It's all waiting and ready for you!

Templates - Can I demo Templett beforehand?

YES! There is a demo link in every single Templett listing. Simply follow the link, and try it out. The demo will show off the design you're purchasing, so you can really see if it's the one for you. This way, you can see just how much freedom you have with the editing, before you make your purchase.

You are granted a PERSONAL license. This may not be used for commercial purposes. If another designer plans to use this illustration in their designs, they must first purchase a commercial license (they can do this by contacting me directly).

1. After placing your order, send me your high res venue photo. It is vital that the photo clearly includes all aspects that you'd like included in your drawing, and is in the same angle that you'd like the drawing. If your venue is complex, then you may be charged more to cover the time taken to create it. If you're unsure, please message me before making a purchase.

2.
a.Your venue file will be with you within 2 weeks of receiving your photo. Any delays in sending the photo, will delay the turnaround.

b. Two small amendments can be made to your image. If changes are significant, or exceed the limit, then this will be chargeable. Please ensure you review and like my paint style before purchasing.
