What happens if I refuse the delivery of an already shipped order or if delivery is unsuccessful?

If the completion of your order failed due to reasons within your sphere of interest, you will be responsible for any extra costs associated with the package being returned to the seller.

Will I need to pay import duties or taxes when ordering from the US?

Yes. Since August 2025, the US removed the “de minimis” exemption, so all imports are now subject to tariffs and taxes, regardless of value. Orders from my shop (shipped from the EU) are likely to incur around 15% in duties, collected by US customs or your courier upon delivery. Please note, I cannot control or refund these charges. Once shipped, orders cannot be refused or returned due to high international costs — and if you fail to accept your package, any associated costs will be your responsibility.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

At this time, I’m unable to ship to PO Boxes. FedEx requires a physical street address for delivery. Please make sure to enter a non-PO Box address when placing your order.
