All costumes are made to order based on the size and options selected at checkout. We keep minimum finished inventory in stock.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Modifications are only possible within a few hours of ordering, before production begins. Once material cutting or printing has started, changes are not possible. We do welcome you to message us, we promise to accommodate in the best way possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. All international parcels are sent Duty Paid, meaning: No surprise customs fees No additional charges upon delivery Please note that international shipping is expensive and non-refundable.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Normally, I deliver way earlier than shipping date, the timeframe is just to take in to account potential shipping delays due to Canada post or arrival of material. If you have an event and want a costume faster- reach out.
In case of super urgent orders,I ship directly from my tailor.
(custom holds are few and far between but in case of custom hold, item might get delayed)

FASTSHIP option means delivery within 2-3 weeks :) Do drop the date you need it by in 'Personalization' and we will move mountains.
