Although the color was great and the material was as expected, it ran very large and there are no returns or exchanges allowed so that was my first problem. The delivery date changed to a delivery window the second I ordered and I immediately messaged the seller asking that if he could not get there in time as it was a gift, to cancel the order. Instead they sent me a shipping confirmation And then later tried to tell me that if I wanted it canceled I would've had to have done that earlier. I did it within seconds of my order. They said shipping was not guaranteed. I held off on this review to give them a chance to come up with a solution that worked for both of us since the item runs extremely large. This is the size I always order. They absolutely refused and tried to blame me for just about everything. What a shame
