ORDERING:
Our ordering and customizing process is stress free! Select the options and quantities you need drop down boxes, and add your email address to the personalization box (excluding sample). Once your order is placed, you will be emailed an online questionnaire to fill in all your wedding details within the next business day. Fonts, colors and wording can be customized to anything you'd like and added to the questionnaire.

SAMPLES:
You can order a sample, however they will be sent with generic information on them. Customized proofs will not be sent until full order is placed.

PROOFING:
Once your questionnaire is submitted, White Lace will create digital proofs for your review within 2-3 business days. Three complimentary rounds of proofing can be done to get the design exactly how you like. If further proofing is needed, fees up to $20.00 may be invoiced. When you are ready to approve the proofs for printing, you will be emailed a contract to sign off on their approval. Once the contract is signed, further changes may require additional costs. If proofing is not completed within two weeks, your order may subsequently be closed.

PRODUCTION:
All invitation suites are professionally printed and hand assembled in our shop, not set out for print or given to you as a digital template. We take much pride and happiness creating your invitations with a high standard of quality. Due to our high quantity of orders and customers, production time can take 2-3 weeks. If you have added on an Address Package, the timeline will be determined by when you send the White Lace Designs Address Template back to us. A specific file will be emailed to you to use, other forms of addresses are not accepted.

SHIPPING:
Completed orders will be packaged with care and shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 day mail or UPS Ground 2-5 days, depending on where you are located in the US. Shipping is free to domestic customers. If you are ordering internationally, there will be additional charges. Please reach out for these international quotes.
