Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production. Returns & Exchanges Because of the personalized nature of our gifts, we are not able to accept returns on personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Also, all reports of damage or defects must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Custom and personalized orders

Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, US Military Orders shipping to AK, HI, and U.S. Territories have a longer transit time. It may take up to 14-20 business days for delivery once the order is shipped out. Our holiday shipping guarantees are only available to the contiguous 48 US States. Orders with U.S. Military addresses could take 4-6 weeks to deliver once the order is shipped.

Don’t trust them with detailed logos if your getting it embroidered, I was sent a picture stating what the sweater was supposed to look like an when jacket was recieved the logo looked faded and I couldn’t read the words on logo, I paid over 100$ an was told look somewhere els instead of getting a refund, would’ve gladly returned this crap but was told that instead. Writing this just so yall are aware you may not get what your think you are gonna get, also jacket sleeves are bulky, ✌️
