❤️This listing is for one DIGITAL print that will be available for download within 3 business days after purchase. Most items are completed within 48 hours of purchase during non-busy times (graduation and major holidays).
❤️No physical item will be sent. This is a digital item only.
❤️Due to the digital nature of the item, no refunds are possible.
❤️You will receive a JPEG and PDF that is sized for 18x24", which is a 3:4 ratio. For example, 6x8in, 9x12in, 12x16in, 18x24in unless otherwise requested. You may also request a 4:5 Ratio, which would be for 4x5, 8x10, 12x15, 16x20 prints; a 2:3 Ratio, which is for 4x6, 8x12, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30, 24x36 prints; a 5x7 or 11x14.
❤️ All prints are 300dpi for high resolution, quality prints.
❤️Jpegs are perfect for texts, social media posts, or printing at Walmart, Walgreens or Costco. The PDF can be printed at any major print shop.

❤️Select the personalization options you would like from the photos in the listing and enter them into the template provided in the personalization field. Copy and paste the template provided into the personalization box.
❤️Please note that if you choose to note a description of the hairstyle or skin tone, such as "short blonde hair", I will gladly pick the closest option available for you. If you only type "brown hair", I will use the same style shown in the listing photo, just with the color requested. To get the closest match to the person you are representing, I highly suggest using the charts to select your own choices.
❤️Please note that Colors may vary slightly as each device interprets colors differently. The color options chart is the most accurate
❤️Some hairstyles will fully or partially cover the name and number on the back of the jersey (where applicable). There are many sideswept or bun styles available if you want to ensure the name is not covered. Most of the hairstyle charts show the exact length of the style, but if you are not sure, please ensure you reach out prior to ordering.
❤️Please ensure to double check the details of your personalization. If any information is missing, I will reach out to you and reschedule your shipping date by 3-5 business days to allow time for you to review and submit the necessary details. If I don't hear back from you in that timeframe, I will send it without the missing information (names, dates) where possible. If it would be impossible for me to create without the information, I will cancel the order. Please make sure to provide all information requested in the template when submitting your order to avoid any unnecessary delays.

❤️The individual processing times vary per listing and current order volume. Please refer to the shipping tab on each listing to confirm when to expect your item.
❤️Please note that business days are Monday through Friday and do not include any bank holidays. This is the processing time and does not include the time it takes for the item to be delivered by the postal service.
❤️Shipping times can be selected at checkout as follows: First Class (1-3 business days - not guaranteed) Priority Mail (1-3 business days), Express Mail (1-2 business days)
❤️I can rush your order when able for an additional fee. Please send me a message prior to purchasing if you need the tumbler by a specific date.

❤️Please note that delays by USPS are outside of my hands. I will consider an item *lost* if there has been no movement for 2 weeks. At that time, I will file a claim with USPS for the missing package and send you a new item.

❤️If your item is damaged by USPS, you must contact me within 48 hours of package delivery date. I require photos of both the packaging and the damage to the item in order to replace the item. Please note that once it is outside of 48 hours and if the required photos are not sent, I can not replace your item.

❤️We do not accept returns on personalized merchandise. Please confirm the spelling, capitalization and punctuation prior to submitting your order as we can not be responsible for incorrect spelling if we make it as specified. Digital items may not be returned or exchanged.
