1. Returns, Exchanges & cancellations

We don't accept returns or exchanges; Due to the nature of these products returns and exchanges will not be accepted. However, if there is a fault we will post a replacement for the item the has a defect. Please ensure you order in good time, factoring in these terms. Please ensure you have selected the right size. We gladly accept cancellations within: 12 hours of purchase. Please message me for further assistance if needed.

We use Royal Mail to send parcels. According to their website delivery time frames are as follows; UK 1-2 working days Europe - Delivery in 3-5 working days The Rest of the World- Delivery in 5-7 working days 99% of overseas orders arrive within 5-7 working days, but we have to make you aware that delays are possible, (Please note that overseas orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive if they get stuck at customs). An overseas parcel is classed as lost 25 workings day after it's due date, we cannot refund any orders that are late. if they are missing after the said days we will make a claim and refund you in due course. Please give yourself enough time for your item to be delivered.
