Gift wrapping and packaging

All our orders are shipped ready to be gifted. It is carefully packaged to reach you safely. If you want a more special and stylish packaging, you can add the gift box option to your order. If you would like to add a special note I can hand write it for you. This note is written on tiny colored papers and placed in a tiny colored envelope. For this, you can leave your personalized gift message on the order screen or contact me. I'd be happy to help.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders to the US are shipped with DHL eCommerce and delivered via USPS. Your package will ship with DHL's expedited international service as far as your local post office, then be delivered with USPS so that you won't have to be home to sign for your package. Orders to the UK, EU, Canada and Australia are shipped with (UPS, FedEx, TNT, PTT). Your products are packaged waterproof to ensure they reach you safe and sound.

Do you offer express shipping?

We do! We use FedEx, UPS, TNT, PTT depending on the country of delivery. These couriers can deliver to most locations within about 1-3 business days. For this, you can choose the Express shipping option. There is an additional fee for express shipping. The amount of fees varies by country.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or wrong?

All your orders are checked and packaged, but if you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact me and I will be happy to help and compensate for our mistake.

What materials do you use?

I take care to find and use the best quality materials on the market in all my products. Because "Always offering the best, without compromising on quality" is our business philosophy. Copper bracelets are pure, solid 100% copper. I process, sand and polish my bracelets using the highest quality one-piece seamless, unwelded raw materials of Steel and Brass. As for enamel, I bring the highest quality enamel and apply it to all my products by hand. I use 22k gold in my gold plated products and have them plated at a jeweler. If I am going to make a design necklace from natural stones, I use real natural stones.

Can I return the product I bought?

1. If the mistake is ours (the product arrived damaged, the product arrived incorrectly), I accept returns under all circumstances. 2. If the product is not a personalized product, yes, I accept returns. 3. If the product is a personalized product, unfortunately I cannot accept returns. Please understand as the product becomes a piece that belongs only to you and is no longer salable. 4.The shipping fee of the returned product belongs to the buyers. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable, only the cost of the product. 5.Please make sure that the product is as it arrived, unused and its original packaging is preserved. Please note that the packaging fee will be deducted if the original packaging is not preserved.
