Custom and personalized orders- duct tape dummies

When sending in a duct tape dummy for a Fullsuit/ body, it is the clients responsibility to make sure it is made correctly. If the finished product fits the dummy and not the client this is not the fault of the shop owner and does not constitute refund. Custom items are NON REFUNDABLE. Client can pay added labor and send a new dummy for a new product to be made or for the old product to be altered (at sellers discretion)

Returns/ exchanges/ cancellations

I do not take returns or exchanges. No exceptions. Items are fully shown on what they look like before the buyer commits to buying with the exception of mystery items which the buyer is held accountable they understand they do not know what item they will be shipped. All items including mystery items will be shipped in brand new condition with no flaws. I will not take cancellations for orders. Items ready to ship are packed same day. (To be shipped within the processing time) Made to order items are considered in progress from the moment they’re ordered. This gives time for me to order the needed materials, create the item, and pack it.

My processing times are stated on every listing in the shipping section. Most items are made to order by me solely. My processing times are non negotiable. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know the processing time before ordering if you have a deadline to meet. I do not rush orders for deadlines that fall before the processing time is up. I also will not refund an order that does not ship in time for your personal deadline if the processing time is not up. The processing time is there to give me the adequate time to complete your order and ship it. All processing times are business days only. Even if the Etsy site says your order will ship during a weekend it’s not guaranteed to go out during Saturday- Sunday.

Contact and communication

When contacting me please message though Etsy’s message system. I will not reply to random emails as they do not have an order number or purchase attached to them. I won’t know who they’re from or have any information to help through email.

work in progress photos

I do not provide work in progress or finalized photos on listings where I do not explicitly state I will provide them. (Example- custom badges will always be provided with photos. The listing explicitly states I provide them) You need to ASK me to send photos if you want them before I have packaged and shipped your order. This is the responsibility of the buyer to ask for wip photos if desired. It is not a service I provide outright.

finished product will fit most standard size Fursuit necks. pattern can be scaled if you need it larger or smaller (I cannot provide tech support for this)

When printing please use 8.5x11” standard us printer paper. This is what the pattern is sized for. I will not be able to provide tech support on scaling the pattern.
