How to download my digital file after purchase?

Here are two ways to download your file: 1. Check Your Email: After your purchase, Etsy sends a download link to the email address connected with your order. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from Etsy with the download link. 2. Download Directly from Etsy: - 1. Visit https://www.etsy.com and log in to your account. - 2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select "Purchases and reviews." - 3. Locate your order. - 4. Click the "Download files" button next to your order to access your digital file. If this template includes an Excel version, it will be available as a separate download, while the Google Sheets can be accessed through a link inside the PDF If you still have trouble, message me on Etsy

I can't download my purchase on my phone—what am I doing wrong?

Etsy does not allow digital downloads through its mobile app. To download your file, please: - Use a mobile browser like Safari or Google Chrome and log in to your Etsy account and download your file. - Alternatively, download your file on a laptop or desktop for easier access. Once you’ve downloaded the template through browser, you can open and use it on your phone!

Can I use it in Excel? / Do you have an Excel version?

Currently, our spreadsheets are not compatible with Excel and can only be used with Google Sheets. You’ll need a Google account to access and use them, but don’t worry—it’s completely free!

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Due to the digital nature of our products, returns and refunds are not possible. Once a purchase has been downloaded, you will always have access to the file. If you purchased something by accident, please do not download the file. We can verify if a purchase has been downloaded through our dashboard and may cancel the purchase only if it has not been downloaded.
