Do you accept return or cancellation?

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Will I receive a physical product with my order?

No, not this time. Our shop specializes in digital products only. Once you've made your purchase, you'll get instant access to download the files right away.

What are apps and device requirements for digital journals and digital planners?

Our digital journals and digital planners come in clickable PDF format, not as standalone apps. To use them, you'll need a PDF annotation app on your device. We recommend doing your research to choose the best app for your needs. Here are some options (some may require payment): for iPad: Goodnotes, Noteshelf, Xodo, Notability, Drawboard. for tablet: Noteshelf, Xodo, Drawboard. You can use this planner on various devices (laptop, desktop, phone, tablet), but we suggest using an iPad / a tablet with an Apple Pencil / a stylus pen for the best experience.

When will I receive my items?

Your downloads will be accessible for immediate download right after completing your purchase. To access your files, simply sign in to Etsy.com using a web browser and navigate to Your Account, then Purchases. On the purchases page, you'll find a "Download Files" button. Clicking on it will direct you to a page where you can retrieve all the files associated with your purchase. If you checked out as a guest, don't worry! The email receipt you received after checking out contains a link to download your purchase. Please note that there may be occasional delays in processing your payment, which could affect the availability of your files. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

The hyperlinks don’t work in Goodnotes. What should I do?

In Goodnotes, there are two modes: Edit and Read-Only. To utilize the hyperlinks, please ensure that the Read-Only mode is selected. You can identify the Read-Only mode by its icon, which is a crossed-out pencil located in the top right corner.

Do you take custom and personalized orders?

Yes, we do! Please feel free to write us a message with your customization requests, and we'll be happy to assist you further.
