How do I find my instant download?

If you log into your Etsy on a browser, go to your profile, click on Purchases and Reviews, locate the order and click on download. This is a pdf document. If you open it, click on the link in the grey box which will take you to Google Drive to download your items. Make sure you are not using the Etsy app as you are unable to download a digital product using the app. If you are still having trouble, message me and I will send you the link directly to Google Drive as soon as I can.

What size are the patterns?

The patterns all fit on A4 or letter sized paper. The pattern size is approximately listed for each pattern listing. With the exception of the chicken and the bird pattern as these are smaller in size. You are welcome to enlarge or reduce the patterns to suit your project.

Is this a physical product?

No my products are all digital which means you can download them onto your computer or device. Nothing will be sent to you.

What files will I receive?

You will have access to Google Drive where there is a pdf instruction booklet, pattern in either pdf or jpg format you can download and save to your device.

What size paper shall I print on? Can I enlarge the pattern?

All patterns are designed to be printed on A4 paper, however, Letter sizing can be selected on your printer. You are welcome to enlarge the pattern to the size you require.

Can I sell items that I make from your patterns?

Yes, you may sell finished items made from my patterns on a small handmade scale. However, the digital pattern itself, the instructions and the pattern files may not be resold, shared, copied, redistributed or uploaded online.

Can I share a digital pattern with a friend?

No. Each purchase is for the purchaser's personal use. Please do not share, copy, resell or redistribute the digital files. If someone would like to use the pattern, please direct them to the original Etsy listing.

Are the patterns suitable for beginners sewers?

Yes. All abilities will be able to sew the patterns and step by step instructions are included.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, refunds may not be available once the digital file has been downloaded. If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact me and I will do my best to help resolve the issue.
