Received this yesterday and in beautiful condition. I am looking forward to putting this to work on a fresh piece of wood. Packaging was amazing and it would be hard to have been damaged. I would love to see a video of sharpening spoon carvers like this. Can you please recommend a good video?

For sharpening a spoon carving knife, I recommend using a leather strop regularly and occasionally refining the edge on a fine stone — there are many helpful videos on YouTube if you search for “hook knife sharpening with strop,” they show the angle and motion clearly.
