DIFFICULTY LEVEL:

TECHNIQUE
Overlay Mosaic Crochet with slanted stitches: each round is made with one color and consists of single crochet in the back loop (sc blo) and double crochet in the front loop (dc flo)

STITCHES:
In addition to vertical dc, I also use slanted dc and extended dc (made one or two stitches back or forward), decreases, increases, and occasionally, front post stitches (there is a video and explanation for all stitches)

PATTERN INCLUDES:
Written instructions in US terms, videos for stitches and techniques, charts, step pictures with instructions for finishing, pattern support via Facebook group.

SIZES:
• Smaller pillow: 41 cm x 41 cm/ 16'' x 16''
• Bigger pillow and Wall hanging: 48 cm x 48 cm/ 19'' x 19''

YARN:
• Scheepjes Whirlette (60% Cotton x 40% Acrylic, Fingering/ 4ply , 100g/ 455m
• Scheepjes Whirl (60% Cotton x 40% Acrylic, Fingering/ 4ply, 215-225g/ 1000m)

For a smaller (bigger) pillow:
Total: 210 (300) g
• Yarn1 (background/ BG): Scheepjes Whirlette, 2 (3) skeins/ 150 (210) g
• Yarn2 (contrast/ CO): Scheepjes Whirl, 1 (1) skein/ 60 (90) g (divided into 27 color sections for displaying all colors)
Distributed as follows: Front: Yarn1: 75 (100) g, Yarn2: 60 (90) g; Back: Yarn1: 75 (110) g
One Whirl project: For a smaller pillow, use 1 Whirl as both Yarn1 and Yarn2 from inside and outside, then use remaining middle part for the back

For a framed wall hanging:
Total: 190 g
• Yarn1 (background): Scheepjes Whirlette, 1 skein/ 100 g
• Yarn2 (contrast): Scheepjes Whirl, 1 skein/ 90 g (divided into 27 color sections for displaying all colors)
One Whirl project: Use 1 Whirl as both Yarn1 and Yarn2 in desired order
