Order says delivered but didn't arrive?

When you order a sticker with the free shipping option Etsy will generate a "tracking number" for you. This tracking is not valid through usps. The tracking you receive is all based on estimates. 99% of the time sticker orders will be marked as delivered by Etsy before they arrive. This is no fault to me or usps and your order will still be arriving. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your sticker(s) to arrive, although it should be much sooner. Please do reach out if 3 weeks have passed since the ship date and your stickers never showed up,

We hand make all our pieces and package them very carefully. Please treat your handmade items with care when you receive them. If you are not cautious with your acrylic charms, earrings, pins, keychains, etc they can be damaged. We unfortunately are a very small business and can not replace an item that you damage or break after it has arrived to you in perfect condition. Thank you for your understanding!

Are Our Stickers Waterproof?

While our stickers are waterproof, we've had mixed feedback on using them for water bottles. They work for most people but for a few others they find they won't stay stuck or the edges lift due to the thickness of our lamination and/or the material of their water bottle. For this reason, we do not recommend using our stickers on water bottles. You can do so at your own risk, we are unable to send out replacements or refund your sticker if it doesn't work out. Thank you so much for your understanding!

If you didn't find the answer you were looking for in our FAQ's please feel free to send a message! Please allow up to 24-48 business hours for a response.

This “tracking number” isn’t trackable via usps. Please keep in mind the tracking & delivery status is based purely on estimated dates. Most orders will show they have been delivered before they actually arrive, if this happens don’t be alarmed. Your order will still be arriving to you!
