If stains occur, moisten the stain with wool detergent and let it work for a few minutes before washing the garment using wool or hand-washing program. 5. The knitted product is made to order and cannot be returned. Please contact me within 3 days from the date of receipt of the parcel (information is checked by tracking number). If you contacted me on time and I agree to help you, please note that 50% of the cost of the product is non-refundable in order to partially cover the cost of materials.
