My keychain came scratched up! What can I do?

I will always write a note on your order slip if your keychain has a plastic removable film on it and what sides of the keychain have it! (This will apply to any keychains that are NOT double sided glitter.) Please make sure the plastic protective film is removed before anything else! Regardless, feel free to message me with any concerns. ^_^
