Will I receive a digital or physical product?

Plan Chic Trips offers both digital downloads and select physical products. Digital listings will be labeled Digital Download, and no physical product will be mailed. Tote bags, phone cases, drinkware, and other physical listings are produced and shipped according to the processing and delivery information shown in the listing. Please review the individual listing before purchasing.

How do I download and access my digital purchase?

Sign in to Etsy through a web browser and go to Your Account → Purchases and Reviews. Find your order and select Download Files. Digital downloads cannot be accessed through the Etsy app, so please use a mobile browser or computer. Guest buyers can use the download link in their Etsy receipt email. Some products are delivered as a PDF containing a clickable Canva, Google Drive, or Google Sheets link. Open the PDF and follow the included instructions to access your files.

Are the products editable, and what software do I need?

Only products clearly labeled editable can be customized. Some Canva templates allow changes to text, photos, colors, and other elements, while others may allow text changes only. Most Canva templates work with a free Canva account unless otherwise stated. Some products use Google Sheets or another platform instead. Please review the listing description and images for the exact editing options, software, and sizes included.

Can I use or edit the template on my phone?

Many itineraries are designed for mobile viewing and sharing, but editing is usually easier on a computer or tablet. Products may include mobile, printable, tablet, video, or spreadsheet formats, while others include only one format. Please check the individual listing to confirm exactly what is included.

Do you offer customization, and how may I use my purchase?

I accept select customization and personalization requests depending on the product and my availability. Please message me through Etsy before purchasing to discuss the requested changes, pricing, and completion time. Products specifically labeled PLR, commercial use, or resell rights include separate licensing terms. Please review the individual listing and included license.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Digital products are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase. Return eligibility for physical products is shown in the individual listing policies. Personalized and custom-made items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. Please contact me through Etsy Messages if your file is missing or inaccessible, or if a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced.
